The History +
Once upon a time, a girl was born to parents who spent a lot of time traveling the galaxy. One day, when she was with her dad, their ship was attacked by bad space aliens. To avoid being blown to bits, a brilliant scientist stuck them all in a time dilation field. They spent 20+ years in that field and she grew up. When the time came, time was reversed, and everyone went back to the correct age, except the girl. She'd opted to remain grown.

The Car +
Catherine Hatshepsut (Hattie) Jackson continued working with that program, the Stargate Program, and subsequently spent a lot of time online. After a time, she met someone named Kitt (ki2k) and they chatted over the course of several months. One night on a whim(!) they decided to meet up in person. Kitt of course had neglected to tell Hattie important aspects of himself, and he hoped fervently that Hattie was in fact a young woman and not some online weirdo.

What Happened Next +
What he had neglected to mention was that he was a CAR. Through their correspondence, they had managed to fall quite hopelessly in love - though Hattie finding out her new love was a car put a bit of a damper on things. They had, however, attracted the attention of Ares, the God of War, and his frustration at the fact that they were continually denying their feelings caused him to interfere in the budding relationship: he turned Kitt human. Of course, the very first thing that he and Hattie did upon receipt of this gift was... well. You know what they did. As it happened, neither one of them was thinking about the need for safety or protection, and as these things happen in those sorts of situations, Hattie became pregnant.

Where things stand now... +
Kitt is now able to transform himself from car to human and back again at will, which is very convenient. One afternoon whilst driving home from one of Hattie's doctor's appointments, they were caught up in a tornado-like vortex and in the literal blink of an eye they were transported not only from Los Angeles to London, but to an entirely alternate version of the world from which they came - where they discovered that they had taken on the personae of other people. They're lucky to be together. They still have no idea of how to get home. They were finally married on May 20, 2008. Er. Maybe that was May 20, 1108. And still trying to figure out what's going on and how they got here. Their son, Gideon Ares Knight, was born on September 18, 2008. ====out-of-character==== Hattie Jackson is the daughter of daniel_sgc and sgc_spybarbie after three years of RP time. She has an extensive (but still being added to) biography sheet [HERE]. She is an Original Character in the Stargate universe. She is the author's, Stargate is not. Neither is Danielle Panabaker.
